STEP2: On-site visit

Visit and Measure

 

Next, we visit you at home. We measure the area, assess the layout, and document with photos. It’s also a good opportunity to discuss any potential limitations or considerations for the design.

STEP 3: Design & concept

Bringing your ideas to life

 

This is the fun bit!  Using our specialised 3D software, we create initial design concepts based on your input and site measurements. We gather your feedback and make revisions.

STEP 4: Things get real

Planning and prices

 

Time to finalise the design details and provide you with a cost estimate. We refine the design and select materials, finishes, and hardware. We prepare and review a clear, detailed quote.

STEP 5: Production

Making your custom joinery

 

Our team produces the joinery based on the approved design and specifications. Through the process, we conduct regular checks to ensure quality and accuracy.

STEP 6: Installation

The big day arrives!

 

We prepare the area and install the joinery in your home or space. We coordinate the tradespeople – plumbing, electrical, rendering/plastering, tiling, ceiling cornice. They ensure a perfect fit.

STEP 7: Final Review

Review and Support

 

Making sure you’re happy with the result is the final step. We also offer

post-installation support, including maintenance advice and addressing any issues.
